Right of Admission
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person at its sole discretion.
Attendance at Own Risk
Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk.
Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or expenses arising from attendance, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Photography & Filming
By entering the exhibition, visitors consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and to the use of such material for promotional or other lawful purposes.
Removal from Event
The Organiser may remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
Changes to the Event
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, venue, schedule, exhibitors, speakers, or other event arrangements without prior notice.
Security & Prohibited Items
Entry may be subject to security screening. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying prohibited or unsafe items.
Exhibitor Transactions
The Organiser is not responsible for any purchases, transactions, agreements, warranties, or disputes between visitors and exhibitors.
Children
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Health & Safety
Visitors must comply with all health, safety, security, and emergency instructions issued by the Organiser or venue staff.
